Terms & Conditions – Mitsubishi Starmex System 3 Giveaway
By participating in this giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
- This giveaway is only open to new BTO homeowners with an HDB flat in Singapore.
- Participants must be aged 21 and above at the time of entry.
- Employees of Dot and Line Construction Pte Ltd, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Participate
To qualify for this giveaway, participants must:
a) Follow our social media page.
b) Like the giveaway post, comment their dream renovation theme
c) Tag 5 friends.
d) Share the giveaway post.
e) Send us a direct message (DM) with their HDB BTO flat floor plan and key collection date.
Failure to complete all steps will result in disqualification.
3. Giveaway Period
- The giveaway begins on 18th feb 2025 00:00hrs and ends on 30th June 2025 at 23:59hrs (Singapore Time).
- Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.
4. Winner Selection & Announcement
- The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries and announced on 15th July 2025 via our official social media page.
- The winner must respond within 3 days to claim their prize. If unclaimed, another winner will be chosen.
5. Prize & Substitutions
- The prize is a Mitsubishi Starmex System 3 (ECO R32) FP series, inclusive of standard installation.
- Any additional installation costs (e.g., extended piping, electrical work, non-standard installations) will be borne by the winner.
- Dot and Line Construction Pte Ltd reserves the right to replace the aircon system with a gift of equivalent value if necessary.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Additional Terms
- By entering this giveaway, participants agree that all information submitted, including their name, contact details, comments, and floor plan, may be used by Dot and Line Construction Pte Ltd for marketing and promotional purposes.
- The winner agrees to participate in any publicity related to the giveaway, including the use of their name and photo in promotional materials.
- Dot and Line Construction Pte Ltd is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or unforeseen circumstances that may affect participation.
- Any form of fraudulent activity will result in disqualification.
7. Legal Disclaimer
- Dot and Line Construction Pte Ltd will not be liable for the servicing, maintenance, or warranty of the aircon system. All liabilities related to the product, including after-sales service and warranty claims, will be borne by the supplier and installer.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
